Hi, I’m Kris – a healthcare innovation consultant who works with founders to grow their business. Over the past 15 years, I have worked for national and regional health systems in the UK and Canada leading large-scale transformation and innovation programs. I’ve worked with over 20 companies across MedTech, digital health, AI, and new models of care.

I work with founders across all disease areas, with a specialist interest in women’s health and cancer. I have over a decade of experience working in cancer care and I’m completing a Masters in Women’s Health Medicine at the University of New South Wales (UNSW). I’m also a co-founder of Undiagnosed: Advancing Women’s Health Council, a social enterprise bringing together leaders, clinicians, researchers, advocates, and innovators to take action across every level of the Australian health system to advance women’s health.

I’m based in Sydney, but I work with founders across Australia and the UK.
